John Springman

John Springman is an Environmental Health Supervisor at Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health. John manages Ramsey County’s Solid Waste Services program which consists of a variety of residential drop-off locations, eight of which collect organics. He began work at Ramsey County as a regulator during his first five years of employment and has been working in his current capacity for 17 years. John earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Biology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
